The game's protagonist. As the son of Quan, the prince of Leonster, and Ethlyn, a noblewoman of Chalphy, he inherits the blood of two crusaders: Njörun on his father's side and Baldr on his mother's side. Initially in hiding, he decides to reveal himself when imperial forces descend upon the village of Fiana and abduct Nanna and Mareeta. With the Light Brand in hand, and firm resolve in his heart, he sets out to liberate Leonster from oppression.
