This chart shows the top 10 best-selling games so far this year according to NPD, and when you look at these games, they fall into four genres, and you could see the number of titles in each of these genres.

So for example, in the Dance and Exercise category, there are four titles this year so far in the top 10 — three "First Person Shooters," obviously, "Pokémon Black Version" & "Pokémon White Version" has its own category and then Sports.

As you look at this from our perspective, we think it really helps highlight what’s going on in the marketplace. These are discrete genres and it’s hard to see overlap in appeal, or in other words, I can’t see a lot of dance and exercise fans being highly engaged in First Person Shooters.

Right now, we’re in a period where something for everyone really has yet to show in this marketplace and that’s exactly where the new console steps in.

So let’s be clear on how the new Wii U console will work. The console will have a robust online environment when connected to the Internet. The console will then drive information to two screens — the new controller optimized for close-in, one-foot experiences and the other, a TV providing brilliant high-definition pictures.

And we believe that this design has the opportunity to bridge across all types of gamers in a vast range of content.

And that’s because it really will be a system designed for everyone, designed to meet all gamer needs. From a developer’s standpoint, if you want to produce a high-definition, high-challenge, triple-A title, nothing will match the input of the new console.

On the other hand, if you want to have something that’s intuitive, something that’s very pickup and play, that’s also going to be enabled through the unique controller of Wii U, but the most important aspect of what we’re looking to do is this second screen and how it changes game play. And this is the innovation that right now, has the development community very excited.

It’s important to note this new controller is not a tablet. Its purpose is far different. It’s a technology that’s tied wirelessly to the Wii U console and it’s intended to bring experiences into the home and to have family members interact with each other.

The ability to display unique information on the controller that does not appear on the TV screen will enable a wide range of different gaming experiences, and to be clear, we are not showing games this week. We’re showing experiences; we’re showing what can be done with the new controller tied to the Wii U console. We’re not discussing price, we’re not discussing launch timing in any specificity or any games. Our primary objective is to introduce the possibilities of the new controller and more details will be released at a later time.

So with that, we’re happy to open it up to questions.
